Si tienes la carpeta en el escritorio seria algo así, desde la terminal escribes: cd /home/tu_carpeta_personal/Desktop/carpeta_del_mophant una vez dentro escribes: mono mophant.exe y listo. si no te funciona ve al synaptic y busca "mono" e instalas todo lo que ponga "libmono" después buscas "cairo" e instalas todo lo de "cairo" y ya te debería funcionar. para usarlo tienes que abrirlo con el programa mono.
